We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the website.

    Prenup Online is a service operated by Quickie Divorce Limited, providing online prenuptial and postnuptial agreement support services. Quickie Divorce Limited is not a firm of solicitors and does not provide legal advice unless explicitly stated through a regulated third-party solicitor.

    3. Services Description

    We provide online prenuptial agreement services, including DIY Packages, Complete Packages featuring professionally drafted prenuptial agreement based on your inputs. Premium Package includes consultation with an independent solicitor regulated by the SRA.

    Where solicitor services are included, we will instruct independent third-party solicitors on your behalf who are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). These solicitors will correspond with you directly and are responsible for providing any legal advice associated with your prenuptial agreement.

    4. No Legal Advice

    Unless expressly stated, we are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Nothing on our website or communicated by our staff constitutes legal advice. Our services are for administrative, drafting, and guidance purposes only.

    Where solicitor services are included, legal advice will be provided solely by the independent solicitor instructed, and not by Prenup Online or Quickie Divorce Limited. You are strongly advised to seek independent legal advice before entering into any prenuptial agreement.

    5. User Responsibilities

    You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for reviewing all documents before use or submission. You will use our services only for lawful purposes and will not misuse the website or interfere with its operation. We rely entirely on the information you provide and cannot verify its accuracy.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All website content, including text, templates, graphics, branding, and documents, is the property of Prenup Online / Quickie Divorce Limited. You may use documents for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

    7. Fees and Payment

    All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full before services are delivered. We accept major payment methods as displayed on the website.

    8. Cancellations and Refunds

    We comply with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including a 14-day cooling-off period. However, if you begin using the service or we start work within this period, a partial refund may be issued, less reasonable administration costs. If documents have been completed, delivered, or consultations carried out, no refund will be payable. Refund amounts vary depending on work completed and package purchased.

    9. Service Limitations and Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that any prenuptial agreement will be legally binding or upheld by a court. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from incorrect information provided by you, your failure to obtain independent legal advice, or changes in law or court interpretation.

    Where independent solicitors are instructed, they are responsible for the legal advice they provide, and we are not liable for that advice or its outcomes.

    We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or losses not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

    10. Document Accuracy and Responsibility

    We will make reasonable efforts to ensure documents are prepared correctly based on your inputs. However, you are responsible for reviewing all documents and ensuring the agreement reflects your intentions before signing. You should seek legal advice before execution.

    11. Delivery Times

    We aim to deliver services within estimated timeframes, but all timelines are guidelines only. Delays may occur due to client response times, third-party solicitor availability, or external factors.

    12. Support and Communication

    We provide support via email, telephone, and online systems where applicable. If you have not received an update within a reasonable period, please contact us.

    13. Complaints

    We aim to provide a high standard of service. To make a complaint, please email us at info@prenup-online.com. We will respond to complaints within 10 working days.

    14. Telephone Calls

    Telephone calls may be recorded for training, quality assurance, and monitoring purposes.
